Sail the Alcúdia bay

The Puerto de Alcúdia, in northern Mallorca, opens onto the island's largest bay. Calm waters, pristine coves with sea-only access, and the spectacular Formentor peninsula: the easiest and most beautiful boat day plan with family, friends, or that special someone.

Everything's included in every outing

Each rental comes with a professional local captain, fuel, insurance, cleaning, and route planning. Most boats carry snorkel gear and a cooler with drinks on board. You set the pace and choose where to stop.

Favourite routes from Alcúdia

  • Cala Figuera and Cala Murta (Formentor): two pristine gems only reachable by sea.
  • Coll Baix: a shingle cove at the foot of a cliff, crystal-clear water, perfect for snorkelling.
  • Playa de Muro and S'Albufera: fine sand and shallow waters, ideal with kids.
  • Formentor Lighthouse: the most iconic postcard view of northern Mallorca, best appreciated from the water at sunset.

Types of boats available

In Alcúdia you'll find traditional llaüts mallorquines (comfortable and charming), fast speedboats and RIBs to cover ground quickly, spacious catamarans, and some yachts for larger groups. We'll help you pick based on passenger count, pace, and budget.

When should you book?

May through October, peaking in July and August. Booking ahead secures your boat and time slot. For something special (birthday, stag do, or the August 12, 2026 total solar eclipse), give us a heads-up early — that week fills fast.
