Explore Mallorca from the sea
Mallorca is the Mediterranean's grand island. Mountains plunging into the sea along the Serra de Tramuntana, crystal-clear coves hidden among pine trees, cosmopolitan bays and miles of untouched coastline. Renting a boat in Mallorca with skipper means accessing places you can only see from the deck: Cala Deià, Sa Calobra, Es Trenc, the caves of Portals Vells or the Malgrats islands. From Palma to Alcúdia, via Port de Sóller, Port d'Andratx and Portocolom, each area has its own character and underwater secrets. Marinas are spread across the island, with departures from the heart of Palma bay or quieter ports in the north and east.
Everything included on every trip
Every rental includes a professional local skipper who knows the best anchorages, currents, where to shelter from the wind and which coves are peaceful depending on the season. Fuel, insurance, cleaning and personalized route are on us. Most boats come with a cooler with drinks, snorkeling gear and everything you need for a day on the water. You set the pace: explore several coves in one day, anchor in a sheltered bay or cruise the north coast with the Tramuntana as backdrop. We adapt to your plan, whether you're a family, group of friends or corporate team looking for something different.
Favorite routes around Mallorca
- West coast (Palma - Andratx): Illetas, Portals Vells, El Mago, Malgrats Islands. Sheltered coves, turquoise water and relaxed atmosphere just minutes from the capital.
- Serra de Tramuntana (Sóller - Pollença): Sa Calobra, Cala Deià, Cala Tuent, Formentor. Spectacular cliffs, deep waters and landscapes best appreciated from the sea.
- North (Alcúdia - Pollença): Pollença Bay, Cala Sant Vicenç, Formentor. Calm waters, fine sandy beaches and views of Cap de Formentor from the water.
- East (Cala Ratjada - Portocolom): Cala Agulla, Cala Mitjana, Cala Mondragó. Pristine coast, sheltered coves and a more local vibe, away from crowded routes.
- South (Es Trenc - Colònia Sant Jordi): Es Trenc beach, Cala en Tugores, Cabrera Island (with permit). Caribbean-like white sand and crystal waters on the island's wildest coast.
Available boat types
From agile motorboats and RIBs to explore multiple coves in a day, traditional Mallorcan llaüts with the island's authentic charm, stable and spacious catamarans for groups or families, to sailboats and yachts for those wanting the complete sailing experience. Mallorca has the Balearics' largest fleet, with vessels in practically every port. If you're not sure which boat to choose, we'll help you find the one that best fits your plan and group size.
When to book
Summer (June to September) is high season: calm seas, guaranteed sunshine and coves at their best. But spring and autumn offer mild temperatures, fewer people on the water and better prices. Mallorca works nautically almost year-round thanks to its privileged climate and well-equipped ports. Book ahead in July and August, especially in areas like Palma, Alcúdia or Port de Sóller. The rest of the year there's more flexibility. Weekends and full-day excursions always book up fastest.
