Welcome to the exclusive experience of haute cuisine on board a luxurious 16m Llaut for up to 6 people located in the Port of Porto Cristo! 👨‍🍳 Chef Marc Antich is a young chef and sailor, with a very clear objective. To merge his two passions, the Sea and Gastronomy. This time, Chef Marc Antich has prepared an unforgettable gastronomic experience adapted to our boats, with seasonal, fresh and km.0 products, personally selected from the best markets in Mallorca. What are you going to experience with this menu? 🌍 To honour our roots, the chef starts the tasting menu with a gourmet appetizer: a selection of Iberian ham and Mallorcan cheese with D.O.P, accompanied by sourdough bread with Mallorcan wholemeal flours and homemade all i oli. 🌊Continuing with the sea, the next two courses offer fish and seafood prepared with avant-garde techniques that enhance their natural flavours. ⛰️ In the third and fourth pass, mountain flavours are explored with the best quality meats, presented with crispy textures and traditional plating, showcasing the chef's creativity. 🍋 Finally, the fifth course presents a citrus dessert, which uses Mallorcan citrus fruits to perfectly balance sweet and sour, leaving an ideal sensation on the palate. Tasting Menu 🥂 Welcome Champagne 🍢 Appetizers Iberian Ham Assortment of Mallorcan cheeses Sourdough Bread with Mallorcan flours Homemade All i Oli 🍽️ Main Courses 🐟 Fish and Seafood First Course: Sous Vide Salmon Mosaic in Nori Seaweed, Truffled Basil Mayonnaise, Fried Onion and Mixed Flowers, over Seafood Beurre Blanc with a Citrus Touch. Second Course: Mouthful of Mellow Seafood Rice topped with Flamed Red Prawn, cooked at Low Temperature in Salt with Lemon Vapours, over a Translucent Veil of Saffron. 🥩 Meat Third Pass: Crispy Pulled Pork Taco made with Braised Pork Ribs in their Juice and Roasted Red Pepper Mayonnaise. Fourth Course: Duck Magret with Meat Demiglace Sauce and Pedro Ximénez Wine Reduction, Caramelised Onion Purée, Roasted Sweet Potato Purée and Sautéed Vegetables. 🍋 Citrus Dessert Fifth Pass: Sablé Tartlet with Lemon Cream and Flambéed Swiss Meringue, Strawberry Topping and Lemon Orange Gel Dots, and Peppermint Gel. ⏰Time 10:00-18:00 (8 hours): You will sail along the east coast of Mallorca, from Porto Cristo to other outstanding coastal destinations. Enjoy water activities, delicious snacks and an exceptional menu on board.
