For the full-day trip, you have the option to go to a beach club for lunch or it's recommended to bring your own food to enjoy on board. Sunset 🌅19:00-22:00: Embark on a sunset journey, exploring the most picturesque corners of Palma Bay. We booked a 4-hour private charter and had a good time once we were out on the water. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. However, the listing explicitly stated that food and drinks were included. When we arrived at the dock, the skipper informed us that was not the case. We had to rush to a nearby shop to buy our own supplies, which ate 30 minutes into our 4-hour booking. The owner blamed the platform listing, while the platform confirmed boat owners manage their own listings. Ultimately, we paid full price for a trip that delivered less than promised and lost paid time on the water resolving the mix-up. A nice boat and outing, but the lack of accountability and inaccurate listing were disappointing.
